It has toys, a camping-themed playroom, and a spacious garden—great for families with kids. Enjoy seaside walks, stargazing, and a calm escape from the city. The space ABOUT THE ROOM ●Our property is a 78 square meter standalone house with 2 bedrooms and a living-dining area, available for private rental. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided. SLEEPS UP TO 8 GUESTS: ACCOMMODATION AND BEDDING ●BEDROOM 1: Two double beds (sleeps 4) ●BEDROOM 2: Two double beds (sleeps 4) While the property can sleep up to 8, it is ideally suited for families with children. We recommend a maximum of 4 adults for adult-only groups for optimal comfort. WORKSPACE FOR REMOTE WORK ●Desk and chair are available for your use. ENTERTAINMENT ●You can enjoy Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube on the TV. (Please note that you will need your own account to access these services.) BEDROOM AMENITIES ●The mattresses in each bedroom have different firmness levels. You'll find power outlets for charging smartphones and light switches by the bedside. LONG-TERM STAY FACILITIES ●Equipped with a drum-type washing machine (including free detergent, a drying rack, and hangers), hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, and iron. AMENITIES ●Amenities include towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap (with child-friendly options), organic facial cleanser, and makeup remover. KITCHEN FACILITIES ●The spacious kitchen features an IH two-burner stovetop, microwave, freezer/refrigerator, electric kettle, rice cooker, cooking utensils (including knives, a cutting board, and a ladle), and tableware (including children's tableware). We provide basic seasonings including salad oil, olive oil, salt, and pepper. TRANSPORTATION NOTE ●Public transportation in this area is limited, with trains and buses operating only once per hour. We strongly recommend arriving by car. Guest access You can use all areas indoors. Please refrain from opening doors marked STAFF ONLY. Also, please refrain from taking home equipment, furniture, and home appliances, or moving furniture. Other things to note CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES: ●Please note that in accordance with our cancellation policy, we are unable to accommodate reservation changes once the cancellation period has passed. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you only proceed with your booking if you agree to these terms. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT: ●Subject to availability and depending on prior/subsequent bookings, early check-in is available for ¥1,000 per hour, and late check-out is available for ¥1,500 per hour. If you wish to request these services, please contact us by the day before your scheduled arrival/departure. GUEST INFORMATION FORM: ●Approximately 10 to 14 days prior to your reservation, we will send you a guest information form. As mandated by national regulations, all staying guests are required to complete this form. Guests residing outside of Japan are also required to provide a copy of their passport. CLEANING AND TRASH DISPOSAL: ●The property will be cleaned after your check-out. For stays longer than one week, we will arrange a cleaning and trash collection service during your stay upon request. OUR COMMITMENT TO SDGs: ●In our efforts to protect the environment and reduce plastic waste, we kindly request that you bring your own toothbrush. TOWELS: ●We provide bath towels and face towels for each guest. HOUSE RULES: ●This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire premises, including indoors, outdoors, on the deck, in the garden, and in the parking area. A special cleaning fee of ¥30,000 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. Please note that there are no designated smoking areas nearby. ●No shoes are allowed inside the house. Please use the slippers provided at the entrance. ●Our neighborhood is a quiet residential area. We kindly ask that you refrain from outdoor conversations between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM and keep noise levels down inside the house during these hours. ●As per Airbnb policy, only registered guests are permitted to enter the property. For safety and security reasons, please be aware that additional accommodation fees will be applied if unregistered individuals are found to be staying at the property. If you anticipate short visits from unregistered individuals (such as relatives), please inform the host in advance.
