A beautiful three bedroom two bath home featuring a large fully stocked modern kitchen and built-in dining area. A spacious living room with gas fireplace and large rear deck are the perfect gathering spots. The Winterbrook offers a first floor master bedroom/ master bath with clawfoot tub. The second floor features a large bunk room with one full sized bed and two twins in addition to an bedroom #3 with a queen bed and private work/ desk area. Mudroom and laundry located on first floor. The space The Winterbrook is located in the center of all that the White Mountains has to offer. Waterville Valley and Franconia Notch offer hiking for all abilities and are minutes away. Golfing at the Owl's Nest Resort and Waterville Valley is ten minutes away. Mountain Biking, Zip Lines and more are available at Loon Mountain along with great dining/shopping in the Lincoln/ North Woodstock area. Boating and Kayaking are available on Squam Lake and Lake Winnipesaukee just 25 minutes away. The Winterbrook has a spacious driveway with plenty of room for your boat and trailer. Winter Skiing options include: Waterville Valley 10 Minutes Loon Mountain 20 Minutes Cannon Mountain 30 Minutes Tenney Mountain 20 Minutes Guest access Guests will be provided a front door access code for the duration of their stay. The detached garage is used by the property owner for personal use and not included in the short term rental agreement. The basement access door is secured with locks and should be considered private personal space for the property owner. Thank you.
