A villa with a view

This beautiful house is located in the centre of Malå, Lappland, with breathtaking views over the water and ski slope. It’s great for families or a group of friends looking for a quiet place close to nature. In winter great cross country and downhill skiing, dog sleighing, ice fishing, snowshoeing and access to snowmobile trails. In summer endless daylight, hiking, cycling trails, fishing, berry picking, all on your doorstep. The space As soon as you walk in the front door you are greeted by the amazing view of the local landscape from the huge panoramic window. This spacious entrance hall has a seating area, great storage for winter clothes, skis etc. There’s even a drying cabinet and shoe dryers. On the ground floor you also find the tv/lounge area; (Netflix, HBO and Disney+ available), a fully equipped, modern kitchen and a dining area which seats 6, as well as the first of two bathrooms(with a bath). There is also the first bedroom on this floor, with a king size bed (160 cm). There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a super king bed (180 cm) and one with a queen bed (140 cm). Lots of storage in wardrobes and drawers. The basement floor has 2 bedrooms. One large room with a queen size bed (140 cm) omus a single bed, the other with a queen size bed (140 cm). On this floor, there’s also a newly renovated bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. There are 3 floor mattresses that you can easily place as you like in any of the bedrooms. We have previously lived in this house permanently with 3 young children, so it’s fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a great stay, including a high chair, portable cot and lots of board games and toys. You can enjoy your own fire pit / open bbq in the garden and parking for 2 cars on the drive and more on the street. Guest access The whole villa to yourselves.
