We limit 1 free motorbike per room. There are very few homestays in the Old Quarter that have a motorbike parking space like ours. NOTE: - Around 10 pm, the outer gate will be locked for security. But don't worry because we'll give you the lockbox to open the door. - If you need any information about the tour, please do not hesitate to contact me. Guest access When you check in on your own (from 2 pm or even earlier if the room is ready or even very late at night), you are free to use all the amenities in the room as well as the shared cooking area and washing machine on the 4th floor. The clothes drying area is on the 4th floor balcony. Other things to note - Self check-in: Tamundi Homestay will send you check-in instructions including the codes for each lockbox location so you can open it yourself. Since there is only one key for each place, please put the key back in the box after using it. - High speed Wifi. - Stairs: Local houses in the Old Quarter often have narrow stairs. Tamundi Homestay is no exception. The stairs on the floors are a bit limited and quite inconvenient for carrying large luggage (over 15kg). - Parking: There is a parking area for motorcycles in front of the house. Each room only accepts 1 motorbike. Note: - Drugs, prostitutes, weapons, marijuana and unregistered strangers are prohibited. Frequently asked questions: 1. Q: Can I check-in earlier than 2 PM? A : Please note that our check-in time is at 2 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We might not be able to promise any late check-out at this point. 2. We have a storage room, but I'm not always at the front desk, so you'll automatically store your belongings. 3. Q : Can I check out later than the departure date? Q : Can I contact you directly and see the house before I make a booking? A : Only after booking will you receive the address, directions and details. 5. Q: Is the cleaning service I paid for a daily service? A : Sorry, this is just the cleaning service before you check in. If you want the daily service please let me know as there will be a surcharge of $5-10 each time. 6. Q: Do we have new towels every day?
