Chill Garden Loft

A quiet, cozy loft apartment in Balatonakarattya, located on a peaceful street near the waterfront. We are world travelers ourselves, so we know exactly how good it feels to return to a calm, comfortable, and inviting home after a day of adventures. Perfect for guests who value peace and tranquility above all else. Two beaches are just a few minutes’ walk away, along with restaurants that are open year-round. We offer accommodation for all four seasons. The space Chill Garden Loft apartment is located on the lower level of our holiday home, meaning the property is a two-unit apartment house. Thanks to its unique layout, the garden feels like an extension of the living area, while still offering a warm, safe, and private space for relaxation. Also, this appartment is absolutley separated from the other appartment. The apartment features two sleeping alcoves in separate areas, providing privacy and a quiet retreat, while the living room and kitchen form a lively, social space ideal for conversations and shared moments. Due to the loft-style design, the sleeping alcoves do not have windows facing the garden. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and the private garden area located on the same level as the apartment. Other things to note The Chill Garden Loft apartment is located on the lower level of a two-unit apartment house. Since the garden can be accessed from two different streets, guests staying in both apartments do not necessarily meet each other. The garden area in front of the Chill Loft is for the exclusive use of Chill guests only. The garden does not offer complete privacy, as it is partially visible from the upper apartment and neighboring gardens. IMPORTANT: There is no visibility into the apartment itself. From street level (parking area), guests need to walk down approximately 30–40 steps on wide, shallow stairs. During the summer season, entrance fees apply at the nearby beaches. Pets are very welcome — many dogs and cats have already enjoyed their stay with us. Please note, however, that dogs are only allowed to swim at designated areas around Lake Balaton. At the nearby Akarattya beaches, dogs may be taken only as far as the restaurants, subject to prior arrangement. Although we are equipped to welcome infants and babies (a baby cot is available), a loft-style apartment is not an ideal space for families with small children. Registration Details MA23070291
