Cozy apartment with a sun balcony in a calm and green area close to botanical garden and Tøyen Park (bed linen, towels, coffee and tea are provided). There is one sleeping room and one living room (with a sleeping sofa), 3rd floor and no elevator. Free parking for one car. Please note that the parking spaces are on the south side of the building. It is two stop by metro to the city center. Subway stations: Tøyen, Ensjø. Children bed and chair are available for free. Guest access You can take any of the eastward subways (T-bane, often marked with a (T)) from Oslo Sentralstasjon/Jernbanetorget to Tøyen and walk from there. The walk is about 10 minutes, but quite steep. You can also take the following eastward subways to Ensjø and walk from there: 1, 2, 3 and 4. The walk is about 10 minutes, but easier than from Tøyen. If you arrive by car and need parking, you can choose any open space on the south side of the buidling as long as it says "Parkering Hovinveien 7-X". The parking is on the opposite side of the entrance of the building. PS!! Remember to pick up the yellow parking note in the apartment and put it so it is visible through the front window of your car! Please remember to return the note when leaving. Please be respectful. - Please respect our neighbours. - You are not allowed to host a party in our apartment. - No loud music after 23:00. - Smoking is not allowed in our apartment. This includes smoking on the balcony. If you want to smoke a cigerette, you can do so outside. - There are families with young children and babies living in our building.
