Apartment house Gleirscher in the Stubai Valley

Our apartment house Gleirscher is perfect for 2 families who want to spend their vacation together, so also for a smaller group. The house has 2 apartments that can accommodate up to 10 people. Both apartments are located on the first floor with a balcony. They are modernly decorated and have Wi-Fi. There is also plenty of free parking available. The space Apartment 1 on the first floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. 2 bathrooms with shower/toilet, a large living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and balcony Apartment 2 on the first floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a large living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower/toilet and balcony. In addition, there is a double bed in the living area. Both towels and linens are of course provided. Our house is located on the main road to the Stubai Glacier, directly on the rushing Ruetz stream. Note: On the ground floor of the house is the private apartment of the landlord. Other things to note Check-in from 3 pm Departure by 10 am Tourist tax per day per person €2.80 must be paid in cash on site upon registration House Rules: No parties. No bachelor/ette parties. No pets. Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Non-smoking apartment. Do not enter the apartment with ski boots (ski cellar in the basement).
