This is a designer house that was renovated in December 2022, located in Atami, just a 15-minute drive from Atami train station. AMAO VILLA ATAMI is a completely private house, accessible by approximately 70 stairs. You can enjoy a luxurious stay without any disturbances, boasting a 138㎡, 3LDK with a balcony overlooking the ocean and an option for BBQ.  The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, an oven toaster, a gas stove, and a refrigerator. The living room and kitchen. Additionally, there’s a laundry machine with a dryer, making it perfect for your long-term stay. *BEDROOM There are three bedrooms in this house, and it can accommodate up to 11 guests. A queen bed and a semi-double bed are suitable for two people each. 2F Bed room 1: 1 queen bed, 1 single bed 2F Japanese-Western style bed room 2: 1 double bed, 3 single beds 1F Japanese-style bed room 3: 1 Semi-double Japanese-style mattress(Futon), 1 single sized Japanese-style mattress(Futon) *Amenities We provide the following amenities as standard:  +Bath shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, towels, toothbrushes, hair combs, cotton swabs, a razor, and other amenities. *KITCHEN We provide a variety of seasonings, including salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, along with a range of kitchen appliances. These appliances include a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, pans, pots, a strainer, a mixing bowl, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, large chopsticks, tongs, scissors, a wine opener, and more. For the tableware, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more. *BBQ To maintain a friendly relationship with the local community, we kindly request that BBQs be held between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. There is a charge of 2500 yen to use the grill for your entire stay. We provide salt, pepper, soy sauce, sugar, oil, tongs, and griddles. Please bring your own food for your BBQ. Our BBQ set includes a gas stove and we ask that you refrain from using charcoal due to fire safety concern. Please note that BBQs are not allowed when it is raining, as there is no extended roof at the accommodation. Credit card payment is the only acceptable method, and payment can be made using the laminated QR code located at the accommodation. *FREE WiFi
 We provide free WiFi with a very stable speed of 250 to 300Mbps, allowing you to watch movies without any difficulty. *PROJECTOR You can enjoy Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube. However, we will discontinue providing Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts as of January 5, 2026. You will still be able to enjoy movies and videos within the facility, but please log in using your own account when viewing. Additionally, if using our company account, you will not be able to view paid content. Therefore, if you wish to view paid content, please prepare your own account. You can view some digital terrestrial broadcast channels. For details, please contact us. Furthermore, if you wish to project your own content, you can connect it using an approximately 3-meter long HDMI cable. Kindly replace the fireTV stick with an HDMI terminal and return it after usage. Other things to note ++Available check-in time++ Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. We cannot respond to any problems related to check-in after 22:00. ++About changing the number of guests++ We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests. If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay. In addition, if you are only using the facilities for a BBQ or other event and not staying overnight, you will still be charged the usual additional fee. ++Stairs++ Please note that there are approximately 70 stairs from the parking area to the entrance of the house. If you have heavy luggage or physical limitations, we recommend considering an alternative accommodation option. ++ Outdoor deck and outside stairs++ Please be cautious when using the outdoor deck or stairs as there are no handrails, particularly if you have children or have consumed alcohol. We cannot take responsibility for any accidents that may occur. ++Number of guests++ We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay. ++Smoking++ Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY.
 ++Parking++ There is a parking space for up to 3 cars available; e underneath the stairs. If you are planning to bring more than 2 cars, please let us know before your arrival day so that we can make necessary arrangements. ++ About the natural environment ++ The property is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals such as beetles. Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who are not fond of insects to stay at the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding. ++Caution++ If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration.
