Other things to note Residents parking restrictions exist Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Several RingGo Parking meters exist on Lower Redland Road, Elgin Park, and Redland Park suitable for 1 night stays. For stays longer than one day we have a Permit Card that can be displayed please request before you arrive. We have to mention the following to avoid misunderstandings. No parties, no dinner parties, no noisy guests, no visitors unless by prior arrangement. We live next door and will intervene if the house rules are broken! Evidence to stay in the UK will be required for any stay over 28 days. Our cleaning team is extremely busy and so I am afraid we can not offer any late checkouts or early check-ins.
