Villa is conveniently located near the pool, mailbox, club amenities, and beach walkover. This unique floor plan has 3 outdoor seating areas, including an oversized patio extending the entire length of the living and dining room. The space Edgewater Golf Villa #205 is an end unit in a low density building. This 2BR/3BA unit boasts over 1,800 sq. ft. in a 2-story open floor plan. Walls of windows on the 1st and 2nd floor allow for natural light to flow throughout and a scenic view of the golf course's 8th hole where you can take in the natural beauty of the biodiversity found around the pond (turtles, frogs, seagulls, egrets, ducks, etc.). Inside, the unit has been upgraded with textured ceilings, modern lighting, solid wood doors and WPC luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The kitchen includes all new SS appliances, quartz countertops and a herringbone marble backsplash. All three bathrooms have been renovated and the extensive master en-suite includes an extra large double vanity, standalone soaker tub and a separate shower. Other things to note ‼️ IMPORTANT‼️ -There is a one time $5️⃣ 0️⃣resort fee payable to Edgewater. This is for Parking/Gated Security/ Beach Access/Use of most Amenities (Golf, Fitness, Tennis/Pickleball are an extra per occurrence fee). You will have access to the various pools/hot tubs thru out the resort, including the amazing lagoon pool along the beach.The registration fee includes one vehicle parking pass. A second parking pass is available for an additional $30, and a third parking pass is available for another additional $50.** A link will be sent to you as your check-in nears to register for this. Guests must register for parking passes at least 24-hrs before arrival date. -Minimum age to book at Edgewater is 2️⃣ 5️⃣per resort. -Use of the fitness center is $12 per person for a day pass, or $45 for a weekly pass which covers everyone in your party over age 18. -Beach service is available for a fee at the Resort - When you are ready for the beach just step outside, go to the nearest Tram Stop and in a few minutes a tram will arrive to take your party to the beach!
