They are also equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay pleasant. Guest access Restrictions on the use of electricity and water; in case of leaving electrical appliances including air conditioning and/or water faucets open, 300 MXN per day will be charged. Leaving air conditioning or other electrical appliances on can cause a fire. We ask you to be careful for your own safety and that of others. Help us save water not only for us but also for our planet. For a greener Mexico. We have a small swimming pool and a common rest area for our guests with a schedule from 8am-10pm. We have enclosed and covered parking subject to availability with capacity for 3 cars. Other things to note We ask you to inform us of the time you plan to arrive and I kindly ask you to be punctual. Depending on your arrival time, we will give you instructions on how to access the building. We have staff who will give you the key at certain times of the day as well as a smart lock where you can get the keys yourself in case you arrive outside the staff's working hours. Before your arrival we will send you a message with the instructions. Check-out is at 10:00am. We ask that you be punctual at the time of checkout, as we need time to clean the apartment in order to offer a clean apartment to our next guest. If you leave 1-2 hours late, you will be charged half a night and from two hours onwards you will be charged the full night. ELECTRICITY: Make sure to turn off all electronic devices, including the air conditioner. If you leave them on all day, you will be charged 300 pesos per extra day. We also ask you for your safety and that of the building not to overuse the electronic devices since if they are left on all day they can cause a fire due to overloading.
