Cabin 1 - Lake Front Cabin~Adk High Peaks Region

This cabin with free wifi is situated on a large grassy knoll with 3 other cabins overlooking scenic and serene Lincoln Pond, which is actually a small lake. The cabins are spread out to allow for individual privacy. A short 1 minute walk down a slight hill brings you to a lower yard on the water's edge where you may swim, fish or kayak in the lake. Within 15-30 minutes you may experience nearby hiking trails, rock climbing, Keene Valley, Whiteface Mountain and Lake Placid. The space This 2 bedroom cabin sleeps 5, maximum 4 adults per cabin. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The other bedroom has a bunk set and a twin. Due to a lack of washer & dryer, we do not provide sheets or personal towels. For a fee of $15 per bed, we will provide sheets. The kitchen is well equipped for your cooking and eating needs. The comfortable living room has a smart tv that has HDMI compatibility if you'd like to bring a cord. Each cabin has its own gas grill and a fire pit. Guest access You are welcome to use the paddle boat, canoe, rowboat, or kayaks for your enjoyment. We have a multitude of life jackets to choose from in a nearby bin. As sunset approaches, you may enjoy the fire pit by your cabin and reflect upon your day. We provide all your wood, you provide the marshmallows! This is one of three cabins we have available this summer of 2025. If you are traveling with another family, please check for availability of one of our other cabins to accommodate each family. Other things to note *Please read Rules & Policies section. During July and August we rent for a minimum of 4 nights (10% discount for 7 nights) with stays ending by Saturday, for cleaning and garbage removal. **We offer a minimum 2 night stay from June 1- June 30, and September 1- September 30. We hope you will consider staying with us! We would like you to know that we do not charge a cleaning fee. However, we hope our renters will return the cabin as neat/clean as you found it. We wish to assure you that we follow up every rental with a detailed cleaning and sanitizing process. The cabins are far apart from each other to allow for privacy, and “social distancing” if you desire. We will continue to follow and practice CDC recommendations regarding COVID-19.
