I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church. The space The house faces south and has a large living room - kitchen - dining room and three master suites. It is completely insulated from ecological materials and provides ideal thermal and hygrometric comfort. The swimming lane has a large terrace of 75 square meters and the Dourdou and Lot rivers are close for swimming. The jacuzzi is available for a fee of €40 for the weekend and €70 for a week. Payment will be made on site on arrival. The Sauna will be available and a contribution of €40 for the weekend and €70 for a week. Payment for this will also be made on site on arrival. For the swimming pool, sauna and Nordic Bath, please bring your own bath towels. There are two types of coffee makers: a standard filter coffee maker and a Coffee B coffee maker. I offer all tenants a pack of 9 espresso capsules and I can provide more if necessary. Guest access You will have access to the timber house and the swimming pool. Other things to note Tourism: - Near Grand Vabre is one of the most beautiful villages in France, Conques and its magnificent abbey church. - La Vinzelle is a small village perched on a rocky outcrop. - The renowned Flagnac night show “yesterday a village” at the end of July/beginning of August. - La Source room and its waterfall in the middle of the village. Cottage rules: - The house is not suitable for minors under 12 years old. - This is a non-smoking location and events are not permitted. - you have to take stairs to access the house. - Pets are not allowed and respect for the place and the neighborhood is a priority. - to have access to the Sauna, a contribution will be required. 40€ for a weekend and 60€ for a week. - in the event that a 7th person would like to stay in the house, an additional €35 will be requested per night. - The house must be returned in the same condition as when it arrived. Sheets removed from beds and placed in pantry. The trash cans must be placed in the village containers for handing over the keys. Otherwise, €150 may be taken from the deposit. - for stays of only one night, bed and bathroom linen are not provided. A tour of the owner will be carried out on arrival and departure from the house to see together the different important points and uses.
