Our accommodation is just a short 5-minute drive from the Greystone station (Metro-North), where you can reach Manhattan in only 30 minutes; alternatively, you can drive, as we are less than a minute away from the Saw Mill Parkway. We also have the wonderful Untermyer Historic Garden—very famous in the city of Yonkers (free). Close amenities include banks, supermarkets, restaurants, laundromats, gas stations, pharmacies, and bus transportation to the rest of Yonkers and NYC. The space The living room is a comfortable, tidy place to relax, with a 42’’ TV that includes an Amazon Firestick and free streaming apps, allowing for full entertainment. The living room also includes a comfortable sofa bed to enjoy for watching TV or accommodating an extra guest. There is also a dining table that can seat four guests, there is good illumination, and there are side tables equipped with USB charging next to the sofa. There are also board games on the shelves under the TV. The kitchen has a spacious French door refrigerator that is capable of making ice, and an electric stove. The kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances. The bathroom has ample space, is well illuminated and comes with a bathtub. The bathroom has amenities such as lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, towels, and more. The bedroom also has ample space, with two closets and a dresser. There is a desk with a comfortable chair, and the room is well illuminated. There is a comfortable queen-sized bed, with pillows stuffed with soft feathers, and overall has excellent decorations. Guest access The guest has free parking, monitored by security cameras, the patio space, the thermostat to adjust the temperature with a maximum of 72 degrees, and full access to the living space.
