Come enjoy our beautiful coastal home in one of the worlds most beautiful hidden places. Surrounded by pristine beaches, riverfronts and a small local community. Our home is situated a stones throw away from the Camden Haven River and backs onto natural bushland, with plenty of yard space for some back yard cricket. Get ready to enjoy some ice cold beverages on the deck while taking in the view of North Brother Mountain. Or venture only 4 km to your pick of our four local white sand beaches. The space Our home was constructed following the 2021 floods that tore through our local community, including our home. We ripped down our old 1950 flood damaged fisherman shack. And for the next two years, my husband, with the help of our friends and family, built our home on weekends and afternoons. This place is a lot more than a house for us but a representation of hard work, perseverance, sacrifice and mate-ship. We have styled the house with high pitched white ceilings and thick wooden accents, to give a lux coastal vibe. We have an open living plan with a deck off the kitchen for ultimate entertaining. With a bbq on the deck and a bar fridge directly beside. Easy for a quick grab of a fresh cold beverage while firing up the grill. All while taking in the view of big brother mountain and the river below. Due to flood regulations we had to build the house quite tall. Which gives nearly all the windows in the house the most beautiful views of tops of gum trees and other native Australian fauna, including the ensuite shower! The main bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The bathtub is large enough for two adults to comfortably fit in. As well as multiple kids to be washed simultaneously after a big day at the beach. We have four bedrooms, sleeping arrangements are as follows. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and a private ensuite. Room 2 has a queen size bed. Room 3 are bunk beds both single size. Room 4 is a single bed with a desk. We have a large grassy backyard that backs onto natural protected bushland. Perfect for afternoon activities, where many games of touch, soccer and cricket have been played! There is an enough space for four vehicles to fit in the garage. Or keep the space free and park the cars on the driveway to enjoy some undercover shade while the kids ride around on there scooters. So please come stay and enjoy! Guest access Guest will be able to access the majority of areas of the house. Accept a locked garage downstairs, one closest in a guest room and a cupboard in the mudroom/entrance.
