Quiet, newly built and elegant space nestled between the famous Brera design district, the vibrant Chinatown, and just 4 tram stops from the Duomo (stop next to the building) and 5 minutes walking distance from Moscova and Monumentale underground stations. It includes a room, bathroom and terrace, all reserved exclusively for the guest The space The spaces reserved exclusively for guest are: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 terrace equipped with a sunbathing chair and exercise equipment, as shown in the photo. It is accessed via the large shared hallway. The room is located in a 100+ square meters apartment featuring 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, open space, and 2 bedrooms. The apartment is very quiet, modern and surrounded by trees as it is located in the middle of 2 large internal courtyards. There is also full time concierge service. During your stay I am available in person as I live permanently in the apartment and work nearby. However, I will always be available by phone. I speak English, Spanish and Italian. I have been living in Milan for more than 15 years now and I will be happy to guide and advise you on the most authentic experiences that the city offers! Other things to note The room is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating that can be regulated independently by the guest, a satellite smart TV, therefore able to access Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and international channels such as CNN in addition to Italians ones. As shown in the photo, under the TV there is a charging station for overnight charging of mobile phones and other devices.
