Our cozy 49m2 one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is perfect for singles and couples who appreciate heritage decor and a super-convenient location; one block from the beach and with public transport at the doorstep, leading to the city center via a scenic tram ride. Secure access to a large enclosed terrace, shared with only one apartment. It's minutes on foot to the beach, eateries, bars, and shops of Fitzroy Street and Acland Street. We do not have onsite parking nor a permit. The space The apartment’s front room is a combined kitchen/dining space with blue and white tiling, giving it a warm, inviting feel. There are a couple of armchairs with a coffee table, and a round dining table for 2 people. The kitchen comes equipped with a gas stovetop, electric oven, microwave, and bar fridge, as well as a washing machine for your laundry needs. The apartment’s bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a low-boy chest of drawers, a smart TV, and a writing desk/workstation. Back at the entrance to the apartment, you’ll find the bathroom, which has period tiling and a combined bath/shower with a frameless glass screen. There’s also access to a private terrace with tables, seating, and a clothesline. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and terrace, both of which are accessed conveniently through coded locks. The apartment also has a secure wire mesh door to allow greater ventilation. Other things to note *This is a pet-friendly property. You may bring your furry or feathered family member for an additional $100 per pet surcharge fee. Prior to checking in, please confirm pet type and breed.
