Description
Enjoy beautiful sea and countryside views in a pretty village location, from the calm, stylish space offered at this comfortable home. You’ll sleep in a modern double bedroom, looking over the attractive garden, and on to the sea and hilly fields of the village farm. The local beach is in easy walking distance 5 to 10 minutes,but (maybe a bit longer uphill on the way back!).Teignmouth beaches are also in walking distance, along the spectacular sea wall. Also, you can walk to 2 local pubs! The space PLEASE NOTE - there are extra photographs on our 2 bed listing -same title. The Brimmels is a 4 bedroom semidetached house which feels detached owing to its large south facing garden at the rear and the good sized parking area to the front. Guests will have their own double bedroom,private bathroom with shower and bath, and use of ‘the study’ - the 4th bedroom..Please respect that the other 2 bedrooms are private, and used by the owners when guests are not here. You will, however, have the entire house to yourselves , as it is only available when we are away. Downstairs offers a further bathroom (cloakroom) and utilty room. The lovely kitchen/diner has patio doors onto the large decking area, which is a real sun trap. The lounge is bright & airy,also opening onto the decking if required. There is a 55 smart TV available, with Sky , Netflix etc. Comfortable seating areas around the garden allow our guests to enjoy the sunshine all day long. The garden lounge furniture will normally have cushions under showerproof covers - please carefully replace after use. In winter months, cushions are stored away and can be accessed on sunny days. Back indoors, you will have access to all owners kitchen facilities and utensils, which we know you will respect. There is a double oven, microwave & air fryer. Tea , coffee and condiments are available to you, and there be space in both fridges ( kitchen & utility room), and an empty drawer in the utility freezer. An iron & ironing board is also provided. The washing machine is generally not available, unless a prior arrangement has been made for a longer stay. Guest access When you arrive, you can park immediately in front of the house, on the private, off road,parking area. The key will be found in a key safe,near the side door, which is under the covered area in front of the garage. We would love to welcome our guests personally , when timings allow, but we believe that our guests value there own space. This is why we want you, during your stay, to have exclusive use of the entire house, apart from the two private bedrooms. We will either be in our Campervan or off sailing, but we will be available to answer questions or deal with any problems which may occur.
