With all that Padstow has to offer right on your doorstep, this lovely duplex apartment offers a calm oasis to retreat to at the end of a fun-filled day, nestled right in the heart of the town, within moments of the harbour. This charming property has a delightful enclosed garden at the rear, perfect for relaxing in the sun or letting your four-legged friends explore. The space Up one flight of stairs from street level, this duplex apartment has a feeling of being tucked away from the bustling streets below. Spread across the first floor is a fantastic kitchen with large island and access to the garden, and a cosy living room with plenty of space to relax. The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar with high stool seating, and the lovely, enclosed garden has a table and chairs for al fresco dining. Follow the winding stairs to the upper floor, where, tucked under the eaves you find a spacious yet cosy king size bedroom, the perfect place to rest your head. Exposed beams and wooden floors bring this cottage to life and create an authentic atmosphere, while the modern shower room and WC enjoy views over the rooftops to the estuary beyond. Guest access Access There are three steps from the roadside leading to the front door. Once inside there is one staircase to access the first floor. There is a further, slightly steeper staircase leading to the second floor. Parking There is an allocated car parking space in the North Quay Car Park (a few minutes’ walk). We provide a permit for your stay. EV Charging EV charging is not permitted in this property. Pets Two dogs are permitted with a small charge of £25 per pet. Check-in & Availability Check in by 4pm. On departure, please vacate by 10:00. Other things to note Padstow is a picturesque harbour town, who’s winding streets hide a plentiful number of pleasant surprises. Famous for its selection of gourmet restaurants, including those of Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth, Padstow offers an amazing culinary scene and several brilliant pubs and bars. In between the fine dining experiences, try dodging the seagulls with a traditional Cornish pasty or spot of fish and chips while sitting by the harbours edge. Padstow is situated on the Southwest Coast path, perfect for a scenic walk along the striking coastline. Hop on your bike and enjoy the Camel Trail, a level track which follows the estuary to Wadebridge and beyond. Take your pick from several stunning beaches all within a short drive and with fantastic surf schools at Harlyn Bay, Polzeath and Watergate Bay amongst others, you can pack your holiday with activities in no time.
