Traditional B&B near Heerenveen - Pronkkamer

Our Frisian Stelboerderij dates from 1890. Located between Heerenveen and Wolvega. Thialf, Sportstad Heerenveen (various sports activities) and the beautiful forests of Oranjewoud are within cycling distance. The traditional front house was completely renovated in 2021. The accommodations are completely designed in the old style. This makes you feel like you are back in time, but with the comfort of this century. Breakfast can be arranged, please contact us for the possibilities. The space This accommodation is available for 2-4 people. This room is from the past from the showroom of the farmer and farmer's wife. They only stayed in this room in the heyday. This unique room has retained the old elements during the renovation, such as a beautiful Delft blue tile wall, and the fireplace is still completely in the old style. In the living/sitting area there is a sofa, a dining table with 6 chairs, a spacious sink with kettle and a large linen cabinet. You sleep in the traditional bedsteads (2 times 120x200) if you book for 2 people you use 1 bedstead, if you want to use both bedsteads then there will be expenses. In addition, the room is nicely decorated in traditional style. Your private bathroom with toilet is located in the common hall. Guest access The accommodations are accessible via a private driveway with parking lot which is only available to our guests. You will have access to your private accommodation, the shared hall where your private bathroom including toilet is. In addition, you have access to the garden and terrace which is only available to our guests (ready from spring 2024). During your stay We will welcome you and be available for any questions during your stay. On site, we will discuss with each other how the contact will take place. Because there are a total of 3 accommodations, interaction with other guests is possible, partly due to the common hall where the private bathrooms are located. Other things to note The traditional front house is separated from the back house by a shed. The front house is exclusively available for our guests, where there are a total of 3 accommodations.
