High chair and travel cot is also provided for young families. First Floor: 2 x bedrooms with Queen size beds 1 x Twin Bedroom WC Large bathroom with bath and separate shower Outside: Manicured lawns and garden beds Space for vehicle to the front, side and back of property. Please note the drive adjacent to the front door is our neighbours. Our driveway is at the back of the property with access to the back gate. Please note: We have a very strict no party policy. Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies of any kind, even the quiet ones :) Large bookings are fine as long as noise is kept down at night, it's a peaceful residential area and we value our neighbours, who's peace in life we make a high priority. Guest access The whole house. If only a couple of guests then just the ground floor. If you need more bedrooms, there are 3 more on the floor above! Please ensure the correct number of guests have been added to the booking to ensure the correct number of bedrooms are made available. The main entrance is at street level with parking on the road, or driveway at the back of the house. Other things to note Depending on other bookings, check in check out can be flexible.
