The space This is a comfortable split-level habitation with a mix of wooden and concrete atmosphere. Upstairs, a well-equipped kitchen with pantry space, adjacent to a comfortable living room. Large wooden louver windows welcome sea breeze and Caribbean sunshine indoors. Then, the large balcony offers a comfortable sofa set and a dining table for 6. Best of all, a panoramic sea-view unfolds, extending from the dazzling blue of the ocean to the lush tropical surroundings. Living Room and Balcony are equipped with ceiling fans. Downstairs, two charming comfortable bedrooms with large windows, air conditioning, ceiling fans, walk in closet and large dressers. Each room is accompanied by a well-appointed bathroom, ensuring both privacy and convenience. One of the bathrooms leads directly outside to the garden and the pool. You are now invited to the large infinity-edge saltwater pool to take a refreshing dip or simply bask in the sun, all while enjoying your front-row view of the ocean. This unique layout provides the perfect balance of private and communal space, ensuring your stay is both comfortable and enjoyable. Guest access We are located in the peaceful residential area of Coubaril, a 10-minute drive south of the Capital City Castries, and 2 minutes close to the Millennium Highway, the major route leading to the South and North of the Island. Hewanorra International Airport is 1 hour away, while Castries George F.L. Charles Regional Airport stands within 15 minutes. Castries Ferry Terminal is also around the corner. For beach enthusiasts, the island's best beach is a mere 15-minute drive. For those seeking more excitement and adventure, Rodney Bay and Gros Islet are roughly 30 minutes away. Airport transfers can be arranged at your request, and if you are autonomous, additional directions will be provided. Other things to note There is ample parking space on site, and your hosts Gilles and Linthia live in a separate cottage on this acre-large property. While enjoying your stay, please be aware that we have 3 adorable cats and 2 dogs that call this place home. They are friendly, well-behaved, and trained to stay in their section. If you're an animal lover, you'll have the opportunity to make some furry friends during your stay. However, if you have allergies or any concerns regarding pets, this house might not be the right one for you. In respect of the tranquil community-regulations, absolutely no parties or loud music is allowed on property.
