The house is just minutes from the historic center, but in a quiet area and with easy parking. The garden on the river bank will make you dream! The space These are two mini-apartments, Casa Blu and Casa Verde, completely independent and with free parking on the public street. Both have a private kitchen and bathroom and independent access from the garden. The Blue House has a double bed and the possibility of an additional single bed. In an immediately adjacent position there is a fenced garden for exclusive use where your pets can move freely and without a leash! The garden is the magical part of the house! Spacious and enjoyable ends directly on the Arno River. The furnishings, simple and functional, allow you to eat and prepare grills or simply enjoy a sunny day or the sunlight. Guest access Guests will be able to use both the patio in front of the apartment and the entire garden. The outdoor spaces are shared with the guests of the house next door and with me. Dogs can be kept free EXCLUSIVELY inside the fenced garden, in the remaining common space they must always be kept on a leash. Please note that, even in the exclusive garden, dogs can never be left alone and unattended by their owners. Cleaning up after your dog is mandatory. Other things to note For safety reasons, access to the jetty is not allowed. Swimming in the river is prohibited by the city authorities.
