Spacious, studio-style, open floor plan with a massive covered deck for optimal outdoor enjoyment with pool table, ping-pong, hammocks, lounge furniture, and plenty of breeze and lush, tropical foliage. Feel free to explore the property, stroll the pathways, picnic down by the river, or have a coffee at the hilltop viewing table. The whole of the 3.5hect property is open to explore, except please do not enter the other cottage (unless you have rented both), the Caretaker’s house, or the work buildings on site. Rural finca, .8km off the highway, and 1.6km from the beach. Only a 15min drive from the hustle & bustle of Coronado for major grocery stores..etc. Only 2 km from the turn-off to El Valle. Most convenient is by car, but the busses do stop at our highway exit, .8km from the finca entrance. Bikes are provided for leisurely jaunts to the beach, only 1.6km away. We have 2 large dogs on property that we keep caged in a large coral during guest visits up to 2 days. But they must be allowed to run every so often, so we limit guest pets to ONE DOG ONLY, and no cats, please. Pet-friendly with FEE. Always notify if bringing a pet. This minimizes any potential conflict because one pet can be easily leashed and kept indoors while our dogs are loose if they don’t get along. Thank you for your understanding.
