Cozy little house in a central location. Quiet residential area with a five-minute walk to the city center. Parking space for two cars. The space Well-equipped and spacious open-plan kitchen with dining area. Living room with three-seater sofa and armchair. It is possible to make up the sofa for one person if needed. Sleeping alcove with a 160-cm (63-in) double bed located in the living room; blackout curtains can be drawn completely. One bedroom with a 120-cm bed (the bed has an extra-high base and is not suitable for people with mobility impairments). Small toilet on the ground floor. In the basement there is a bathroom with shower and sauna as well as a toilet. Laundry room with washing machine. Please note that the ceiling height is <2 m in some places in basement level which can become awkward for tall people. A somewhat narrow staircase leads down to the basement. Guest access Access to all the rooms listed in the description. Closets for storing clothes are not available. Other things to note Parties are not allowed. Smoking indoors is not allowed. Pets are not allowed; exceptions may be made for dogs by arrangement.
