Mid century modern bungalow. Comfortable and relaxing! Located in the of downtown St. Genevieve. Sleeps 8 guests. 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms. Main level 2 beds/queen sofa sleeper. Upstairs private loft King bedroom suite full bath. Slanted ceiling tub/ spray off shower Walking distance less than 1/2 block /restaurants, museums, events, historic house tours, shopping, welcome center, winery, bakery. Ferry crossings to Illinois. Antique mall. Rapid river water park, trolley to wineries. The space Fenced backyard privacy. Fire pit court yard sitting area. String lines surrounding fence. This is a bungalow home that has upper loft and we do have stairs. If you have young children please be advised. We have outside stairs leading to basement Which has railing please monitor young children not to climb on. Guest access The entire house and backyard. Basement not allowed or garage. Guests enter from the backyard fenced area. “Not the front” This house has one step going into sunroom and one step into main house. We don’t have any ramp or wheelchair accessible. Other things to note Please put on exhaust fan while cooking or using the oven please make sure stove is turn off after use. Chemicals are under the kitchen sink and in baths.
