Stay Olive Green is a fully appointed new build with all brand new furnishings and equipment. At Stay Olive Green you will find everything you will ever need to enjoy that quick 2 day break or an extended stay. Located on our rural property on the side of the hill, sit back and relax and soak up those lake or mountain views. The space You have a full-size kitchen, fridge, microwave, and utensils ready for your use. Feel free to cook up a storm or there is always Uber Eats/Door Dash etc if you feel like sitting back and just relaxing. There are coffee and tea making facilities and milk in the fridge to get you started, use a much as you need. If you are on your own, a couple, or with family and friends, just pick a bedroom that suits you as there are 3 rooms to choose from. Spread out and enjoy the choices. Each bedroom has a five-blade fan so usually a low setting is enough to keep you cool. The large open plan lounge area has air conditioning with heating and cooling and plenty of seating to enjoy your favourite TV shows or stream a movie on the smart TV. The Dining room is open plan next to the kitchen, with a large 10-seater dining table so plenty of room for that dinner with friends or just use a corner for that intimate beer, wine or charcuterie board. You have a large veranda deck to use, feel free to relax in the morning sun with your favourite drink or cool down in the afternoon shade. Guest access Access via the driveway off 1 Condon Place Yallah towards the top of the hill on the left hand side. You have full access to the fenced off area of the Stay Olive Green property. Other things to note Stay Olive Green is a no smoking/no vaping guest stay, please do not smoke or vape inside the property or its boundaries, but feel free to smoke outside in the perimeter fence and remember to safely dispose of all cigarette butts and vape containers wisely.
