The themed bedrooms - the Bear Room, Moose Room, Buffalo Room, and Fishing Room - all feature comfortable beds, vanities with mirrors, jewelry holders, and blow-dyers. The main living areas have plush couches to sink into, large smart TVs, fast Starlink Wi-Fi throughout the home, and even a gas fireplace in the upstairs living rooms. The kitchen offers a gas range, two ovens, a large refrigerator, and a fully stocked supply of kitchenware for making your favorite meals. The home boasts two decks with new lounge furniture, two grills, a high-top table and chairs, and a gorgeous live-edge picnic table. On the lower deck, you’ll find the brand new 6-person hot tub, perfect for enjoying a snowy day after skiing or on a cool summer night while grilling out! Our practices and standards have been modified to include more in-depth, multi-point cleans after every guest checkout. For example, we use CDC-compliant cleaning products, pay attention to high-touch surfaces and 'hot spots,' and observe social distancing. We advise guests to practice hygienic vigilance when using rental properties (see CDC Best Personal Practices). No pets, parties, or smoking is allowed in the home. In addition, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors may result in reservation cancellation and/or a monetary penalty. We appreciate your courtesy. This is a non-smoking home. A designated area on the deck is available for 420 smokers. The cottage is in a HIGH fire danger area, and even the smallest ash can start a wildfire. If you smoke cigarettes, please speak with management. Smoking in the home will incur a cleaning fee of $200+. If you are visiting in the winter, you will need a 4WD vehicle to access this property. Please note: If any reservation is extended to 29 days or more, we will bill in advance for an estimated hourly deep clean.
