*Newly Furnished* Spacious Malvern Townhouse

We are excited to host you in our newly furnished townhouse in the Malvern, right along the Mainline! You will be staying in our spacious guest room on the second floor, with your own walk-in closet and a private bathroom in the hallway. Feel free to use the kitchen and first floor living space. I’m only staying at the house occasionally so most of the time you will have the house all to yourself (please message me to coordinate dates if this is your preference). The space First floor is a large living space with a full kitchen, living and dining areas. Guess room is located on the second floor - up the stairs and at the end of the hallway. Having stayed at many Airbnbs in the area, I know how hard it is to find a “true” guest room that is not in the basement or in the attic. You will be pleasantly surprised to find a comfortable and spacious true bedroom in our home! Guest access Guest has access to the second floor guest bedroom, walk-in closet, hallway bathroom, hallway closet, the entire first floor and patio. We locked a few rooms and cabinets for owner’s access only. Guest cabinets are clearly labeled. Other things to note This townhouse is our family’s vacation home so it’s furnished and stocked to our own living. We are looking to host courteous and respectful guests for both short-term and long-term stays. Location, Location, Location… - On the back of a golf course, our townhouse is a quiet oasis right off the mainline - Wegmans, Target, Giant, Home Depot, CVS, Wawa etc all within 10-mins drive - short drive to Valley Forge, King of Prussia mall and many other local attractions
