Additionally, although the yard is shared, the enclosed yard is ideal for families traveling with kids or dogs; they'll be able to run and play without worry safely! The yard also features a fire pit surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill, and gorgeous pic worthy swings. ***The outdoor hot tub is NOT for the use of rental guests! Other things to note STORM POLICY: Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless The National Weather Service or a Government Agency orders mandatory evacuations. Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception: Act of God, e.g. fire, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane, flash flooding ). In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to any type of storm we will not grant refunds. Texas weather in the summer can be very unpredictable.
