Guest access You have private access to the whole apartment and outside balconies, and require special elevator tags to access the 12th floor giving you added privacy and security. The unit comes with 2 underground secure parking bays. Other things to note - The building has back up power to the lifts, and the unit has advanced back up inverters. You wont even know if it's load shedding time or not. - Every 2 days we also offer you complimentary refresher cleans for the kitchens and bathrooms ensuring your stay is luxurious and hassle free.
