Island Breeze is a 2 bedroomed bungalow on the picturesque Isle of Wight, providing a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our family-friendly facilities include mini golf, tennis, kid’s play area, access to the local beach whilst also having your own outside space perfect for al fresco dining. The space Island Breeze is a self-contained bungalow in a sunny spot at the edge of Brambles Chine Holiday Resort. It has its own outside patio with a garden table suitable for outdoor dining overlooking communal lawns and farmer's fields. You enter via glazed sliding doors into the bright and airy open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge/living room. The large 46" TV has access to all terrestrial channels as well as many streaming services. There is fast, private wi-fi, making this an ideal base should you need to attend to work while away. The property has two bedrooms: a double bedroom with a standard double bed, wardrobe and dressing table with mirror; and a twin room with full-size bunk beds and a chest of drawers for storage. The bathroom is modern and has a large walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. In the Holiday Resort there is a coin operated launderette behind the site office. Please note that the launderette is not open in December and January. Behind the site office there is a very large grassed area which is suitable for children and adults to play most outdoor games, tennis, badminton, football, etc. There is also pitch and putt golf, mini golf and a new children's play area, incorporating a quality wooden climbing frame with slide, swings, etc. (please see photos). You also have access by steps to the beautiful beach at Colwell Bay, and the property itself backs straight onto the Coastal Path, which takes you through Colwell Bay towards Totland Bay, or in the opposite direction, through Fort Victoria Country Park towards Yarmouth. The area comprises of 37 acres of unspoilt coastal countryside, a 2 minute walk from the safe bathing beach of Colwell Bay. Fort Victoria Country Park and the pretty harbour town of Yarmouth are within easy walking distance. With Totland, Yarmouth and Freshwater just a short drive away, there's no shortage of cafes, restaurants and shops to browse.
