Right on the seafront, it is possible to enjoy the beach with great comfort and tranquility. In the hours of intense sun, the house's balcony welcomes guests seeking shade without "leaving" the beach. The late afternoon is a true spectacle where the sun's rays, the water and the green of nature blend in the colors and reflections of the landscape. The house is ground floor and perfect for children and the elderly... Guest access Guests have free access to the entire property, except for the caretakers' house at the bottom of the property! Other things to note The house is ground floor and perfect for families with children and the elderly! We speak English, Italian and Portuguese. Leia is our housekeeper and lives with her adult children in the back of the lot. They have 2 super gentle dogs that are loose at night for the security of the house.
