This cozy three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home sits in a peaceful subdivision and offers full access to the entire house, a roomy front and backyard, and a convenient one-car garage. Each bedroom is furnished with soft cotton linens and snug blankets for a restful night’s sleep. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, while the kitchen is fully equipped with quality cookware, a Keurig, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and baking essentials—everything you need to feel right at home. Step outside to the spacious deck, where you can fire up the grill, unwind in the hot tub, or simply sip your morning coffee while taking in the quiet surroundings. In the evenings, the deck makes a perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail, watch the sunset, stargaze, or dive into a favorite book. For indoor relaxation, gather in the living room for a movie on the large flat screen, or play cards and board games around the dining table. The large backyard is ideal for family fun—toss a football, set up a game of Cornhole, or wind down with s’mores and hot chocolate by the fire pit. For families traveling with little ones, we also provide a pack ’n play and a kids’ activity pack upon request. Guest access This is private home and all rooms/garage areas are available to you. Other things to note Hot Tub Rules: ***Maximum Occupancy*** Limit hot tub use to 6 people at a time ***Shower Before Use*** Rinse off to remove lotions, oils, or dirt to maintain water quality. ***Absolutely NO Glassware*** Only use plastic cups or containers in and around the hot tub to avoid breakage and safety hazards. ***Children Supervision*** Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. ***General rules and Temperature*** Do not adjust the water temperature above 104°F. Always turn off the jets and securely replace the hot tub cover when done to conserve energy and keep the water clean. Pets are NOT allowed in the hot tub. Do not add bubble baths, oils, or other substances to the water.
