The property when not used has a security system and cameras to monitor the property. It has door camera and a kitchen camera. The kitchen camera is disabled at check-in for your privacy. Security system is also available for use upon request. Minimum age is 25 unless otherwise approved through owner. Property only hosts 8 guests. Additional guests will be charged $200 per night. Pets are not allowed. There is a $200 pet fee per pet.
