We have a small dock however we are planning on constructing a new one soon. It is an old dock so while you are welcome to walk on it and use it, please watch your step and take caution! Please be respectful of our lovely neighbors across the creek and our animal friends before 9a and after 11p. We try to be responsive if/when you need us! You are welcome to call or text us if anything comes up or if you notice a detail that we can improve on. We are always looking for fresh eyes! Off the grid neighborhood with cottages throughout. You will turn into our private driveway and instantly forget you drove through a neighborhood to get there as you drive under the canopy of trees! This is a small, quiet neighborhood with longtime residents so please be respectful as you drive through. Our cottage is close to both Solomon's Island and Point Lookout State Park! Must use a car to get there but otherwise explore the property on foot! Be kind to the environment and take care of the surroundings. Our home is your home during your stay. We will winterize the porch from mid-December to the end of February/March depending on the season and store the deck furniture to preserve it during which it will not be in use. *This may shift according to the weather. * Please note that wildlife is active in Southern Maryland and we have a lot of crabs and fish! Please feel free to fish and crab while you're there however please clean up after yourself. Be cautious of the wildlife if you choose to swim in the creek or walk in the creek!
