The flat is incredibly quiet, with a FREE gym downstairs (please enquire if you need it), in a safe, clean and leafy place on the North of London. SMEG appliances in the kitchen. The space Hello - My name is Anna and I am the owner of this beautiful property. It is situated just outside of North London with great transport links. There is the tube station nearby (15-20 mins walk) called “Watford Station” on the Metropolitan Line, which will take you to Baker Street or some other central locations in approximately 40 mins. There is also the London Overground station nearby (10 min walk) called “Watford Junction”. From there you can either take a slow (normal) train to central London (around 1hr) or a fast one - it is around £13 for a return (both ways) ticket and will take you to Euston (the heart of London) in 17mins. My place is located: - in a safe, gated new development. - FREE parking (please enquire in advance about my particular parking slot) - FREE gym in the building (please enquire in advance for the gym code to access it) - fully equipped kitchen with the SMEG kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a microwave - own en-suit with a shower/toilet - only accessible from your room, completely private - you’ll get the essentials, i.e. the towels, shampoo, toilet paper, fresh bedsheets etc - a hairdryer, ironing board + iron + all the usual stuff that you normally use in your household Guest access You will have access to the hall, kitchen, gym downstairs, parking (if you need it). There is a second bedroom in the flat, where I will be staying during your stay. During your stay You will be given my phone number and I will be always available to answer any questions you may have before or during your stay. Other things to note Please note there is a cat living in the property. If you’ve got a cat allergy, please flag it to me as soon as possible and I will move the cat to another property and clean this flat thoroughly.
