The perfect place to set up for a relaxing holiday or while you explore the Great Ocean Rd. We welcome visitors who value generosity and warmth over luxury. You’ll have a room & bathroom to yourself. You are also welcome to join in bbqs and other share-house activities when we have other guests or friends visiting. * Message for long-stay or off-season discounts* The space A comfortable queen bed in an airy, bright bedroom that looks out on to the native garden and patio. You have your own access door to outside and your own ensuite bathroom. Please note: we have a blue heeler puppy who is very social and energetic. We separate your area of the house with a puppy gate. She will love to say hello and cuddle you - and we appreciate your patience as she is in training and learning polite social skills. - Additional guests - Kids may stay in the room with you - we can supply a camping mattress or byo bedding. Additional adult (more than 2) guests are welcome with prior approval - we can supply a blow-up mattress or may be able to accomodate them in another room of the house subject to availability. Your bathroom is a private ensuite with messmate timber vanity, toilet and shower with excellent water pressure. You may share our kitchen and lounge area. Enjoy breakfast on the patio or out the back, overlooking the bush while enjoying the sounds of the local birds. You also have access to books, games, yoga equipment and a space for working. You may use our laundry facilities & store boards, bikes etc - upon request. Guest access You will have a private room, your own bathroom and wardrobe. You can share the patio and front garden with us and mingle with other guests if we have other visitors. You are welcome to use our kitchen, loungeroom & laundry if you request to do so. Join us for a movie, wine or game if you like! Feel at home here :) You also have access to books, games and a space for working. You may store boards, bikes etc in the house or in your room or in the shed - just let me know. During your stay Your room is private but if you’d like to join in house activities or would like some tips for your stay, we are available. Other guests may be in the home. We encourage a peaceful atmosphere but also love to have dinners and drinks with our guests if you prefer. We can also show you around if we have time between work, give you our tips for the area or even take you for a surf! You’re most welcome to play with and cuddle our puppy dog. She is learning social skills and will be very excitable. So we appreciate your patience with her as she is in training. Other things to note This is our home. It’s definitely not fancy - but it’s very comfortable and in an amazing location. We aim to keep accomodation affordable and like to welcome people who value warmth, genuine hospitality and good experiences over luxury.
