You will be close to everything at this centrally-located Bungalow. This is a 100yr old home with major renovations, however it is still a work in progress. So there may be some construction dust, unfinished trim & unpainted walls in the garage. It's a comfy & pet friendly home with a fully fenced yard. The home offers spacious living areas but only accommodates 4 at the dining room table. This is not a white love property. This property is ideal for those who want more than a hotel room. The space Two rooms on main level. 1 king & 1 queen. Up the steep stairs there are two other rooms. 1 queen & 1 twin. There is a small dining table that seats 4. However, there are TV tray available for your use if desired. Guest access This is a keyless entry property. Upon booking, your code will be set and emailed to you about 3 days before your arrival. If the keyless entry malfunctions, there is a physical set of keys in a lockbox as well. Other things to note The stair case is steep and to code when it was built. Basement is where the furnace & other supplies are located. Lock & off limits. Pets are not allowed on oatmeal colored furniture or in the beds. Just too hard to remove pet hair for next guest. Yard is fenced. Please pick up after your pets or you will be charged for poo pickup. There is plenty of parking for boats, ATVs or RVs if needed. Please process all game & cook crab in the garage. DO NOT BOIL CRAB IN THE HOUSE. This is very unpleasant for next guest. Garbage pick up is on Friday early am. Please do not park in front of the garbage can in front of garage or the trash will not be emptied. I am available and happy to help if anything should come up during your stay.
