Sunny Garden Unit Efficiency Studio in Wheaton

Enjoy a cozy getaway in our sunny basement studio, conveniently situated near downtown Wheaton, downtown Glen Ellyn, Wheaton College, College of Dupage, and trains to the big city. If you're driving, we're a few minutes from the highway, as well. The space is outfitted with a memory foam queen bed, fold-out sofa, workspace, a TV with a variety of streaming services, free Wifi and a kitchenette for easy meals and snacks. The space This private guest suite is outfitted with a memory foam queen bed, fold-out sofa, 4-seat kitchen table, a TV with a variety of streaming services, free Wifi and a kitchenette for easy meals and snacks. Your bathroom is located down a hallway that also takes you to the laundry room. Your shower is recently renovated with a high-pressure shower head, unlimited hot water and pebble floor for a spa-like experience. Please note: to enter the unit, you will need to take a short set of stairs. Additionally, the platform bed requires a couple steps to get up onto it, so the space would not be a good fit for individuals who need accessible accommodations. Guest access In addition to your studio apartment and private bathroom, you are welcome to use the shared laundry space which can be found in the hallway to your bathroom. (We try to do laundry between guest stays to maximize privacy for you). We also have a patio with a fire pit in the yard which you are free to use-- wood and fire starting materials can be found behind the shed.
