This luxuriously furnished holiday home is located in the gated Fairhaven Estate and has views across the whole of False Bay and towards Table Mountain. A sunset view is guaranteed. The house has a pool and it's own air-conditioned gym with treadmill, bike, back trainer, yoga mats and weights. You can use the 86-inch television as a personal trainer with various apps, or you can watch German or international television on the couch. The space The spacious living-dining and kitchen area is also equipped with heating and air conditioning technology. A sound box and a 65 inch television with international and German television programs completes the offer. There is a fireplace for colder days and wood is provided. Warming blankets are also available. The house is equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. Towels, soap etc. are included. Housekeeping/cleaning service is available during the stay at a cost. The house has a solar system with generous battery storage (10 KwH), which means that so-called load shedding (temporary power outages) is no longer a problem.
