The property is newly done from every tiny bit, from warm lightings to kitchen sets, lovely frames to cozy beds. CAUTION : You may see a cat on the premises who keep visiting our house balcony. A fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, convection microwave, chimney, RO water filter, electric kettle, toaster, crockery, dining table, etc. gives you a feel at home. A smart 40-inch LED HD TV along with high-speed internet connectivity of 300 mbps makes it super convenient to enjoy your work and stay. The property has a huge swimming pool and gym. The place is full of lush green surroundings. Cleaning is available during the stay as per your need. Saturday market, splash water park, Go Karting, Club Cabana is hardly any distance away from my place. Grocery shops are just few steps away. Arpora is centrally located in between Baga and Anjuna. So it's easy access to candolim side or Vagator. Ashvem, Morjim or Arambol beach is just about 30 - 45 mins. Moji gaon is another happening place to visit to enjoy the Goa greenery which is about 20 mins. Guest access Guests have the access to the pool and gym free of cost provided the rules are followed. Other things to note * The property works on solar energy idea. * The apartment accommodates max 4 adults. The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a single bed. A mattress is provided for the 4th person. * We have provided RO filter. * Guests need to follow the pool timings and costumes. * Parking is available on-site. * Early check in is possible if there is availability without any extra charge. Needs to confirm in advance. * Smoking strictly not allowed in the rooms. You can enjoy smoking in the balcony. * No guests of guests is allowed. * Any loss or damage caused to the property, the guests will be charged accordingly. * Cleaning service is provided at an extra cost and will be available on the 3rd or 4th day from your check in date. The guests need to take care of utensils. It's not included in the cleaning fee.
