Other things to note The apartment is located just a 10-minute walk from the port and about 5–10 minutes from the pedestrian zone. In the pedestrian area, you’ll find a wide range of shopping options (including Zara, H&M, Bershka), as well as many bars and restaurants. Supermarkets and bakeries are located nearby and are reachable on foot within 3–5 minutes. There is also a bus stop right in front of the building. The main train and bus terminals are within walking distance – about 10–15 minutes away. Volos also has its own airport, which operates from May to October. It is located approximately 30 minutes from the city center. Volos is the capital of the Magnesia region – an area with a rich history dating back to the Neolithic era (e.g., Dimini and Sesklo). You can visit the traditional mountain villages of Mount Pelion, enjoy winter sports in the mountains, or swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Pagasitic Gulf and the Aegean Sea during summer. There are also ferry connections to the islands of Skiathos, Skopelos, and Alonissos. Our goal is to make you feel at home and to ensure you have a wonderful stay in our apartment.
