Newly renovated and refurbished house with 3 rooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub 🛀. The house can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 double beds and a pullout sofa 🛋. There is a washing machine and a dryer. In the front yard there is space for 2 cars 🚗 to park. In the backyard there is a fireplace with grill and a sitting area for 15 people. There is also a 47 square meter garage transformed into a party room with a 65" 4k smart tv, refrigerator for drinks 🍸 , table tennis 🏓 , darts , many sitting areas , coffee machine and a sink . The place can also be rented for small parties 🎉 like birthdays & other events up to 20 people for an extra fee, in which case you have to contact me before booking.
