The space Amidst nature while also conveniently located in one of the safest residential neighborhoods of Paraty, Caborê, the CASA Ecológica Paraty provides easy access to all the region's best attractions, while only a short walk (1,7km) to the city center and to Jabaquara beach! With easy access to services like bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants, our location is perfect for those seeking quiet relaxation and also convenience. The Peroba Flat, with it rustic charm, sleeps up to 06 guests (rate based on total guest occupancy), perfect for a group of friends or large family. In addition to the flat, guests will have access to a spacious yard, an outdoor shower, and fire pit, a perfect area for enjoying a barbecue, lounging in the sun, playing a game, singing around a bonfire while looking at the night stars, or having a picknick. The Peroba Flat - Details The two-bedroom home comes with two air-conditioned suites on the second floor, each with a double bed, open closet, and window seating for observing local fauna and flora. The mezzanine area, located between the suites and separated by curtains, comes with a double bed-sofa, and beautiful large windows, and serves as lounge area on rainy days, equipped with a 42" Roku Smart TV. On the first floor, a full kitchen, dining area and deck make for a relaxing and comfortable stay in the heart of Paraty. Featuring potent solar showers, feather pillows, powerful fans, mosquito nets in all sleeping areas, and powerful 420 mega wi-fi throughout, the Peroba house provides home-like comfort. Cook in the fully equipped american-style kitchen, with blender, cabinets, utensils, coffee-machine, sandwich maker, stainless-steel pans and pressure cooker. There is a deck with hammocks, counter and table for sharing meals. The deck is great for spending a perfect afternoon among friends and family. CASA is your home away from home, in the midst of nature, while also conveniently located only a short walk to the historic center! The beautiful yard, filled with organic fruit trees and vegetables, is shared with two other rental homes , forming a quaint villa atmosphere, perfect for meeting new folks, but also spacious enough for privacy. We provide a portable grill and there is a designated area for gathering around a bonfire on starry winter nights. We offer uncovered free parking on site (shared parking area) for up to one car (check availability). If you have a large group the other homes may be rented simultaneously to accommodate. We take requests for events on a case-by-case basis (variable price). The Peroba Flat is part of CASA's mission (Connection, Learning, Sinergy, and Art), an educational-evironmental project which promotes Regenerative tourism and harmonious living. Caring for the environment is part of our daily routine, and we invite guests to do the same, recycling their trash and disposing of food scraps in the compost, and taking care to reduce water use and electricity. We ask that you use only biodegradable soaps and conditioners, as well as our natural cleaning products whenever possible. The homes were built using ecological materials like bamboo and recycled wood, as well as principles for conserving energy use and reducing wastes. We have a banana sewage treatment system, a green roof, solar panels for electricity, and solar hot water system. We also re-use "trash" from construction in smaller projects. Guest access The guests have exclusive and full access to the Peroba house (except for the downstairs 3rd suite, which is closed off) , the yard (shared) and parking (shared). Since there is one shared wall with the Lichia Studio, we ask that guests that rent the 2-bedroom flat are considerate in terms of noise, especially when entering and exiting the Flat, going up the stairs and using the kitchen. If you'd like to rent the full house with the third bedroom, let us know. There are no shared rooms within the home. The access to the property is through one common gate for all houses on the lot, with separate paths to each house. There is also access through the car gate. There is parking on the property for one car (two can be considered with prior reservation), and there is plenty of space on the street in front of the house. We have never had any problem in terms of space or safety. The neighborhood is one of the safest and best in the city. Other things to note EXTRA GUESTS: We allow extra guests (outside the original reservation) up to the maximum limit of the flat-apartment, and for an additional fee. Any unregistered visitors must be reported to ensure everyone's safety and comfort. CHECKOUT: A late checkout fee applies to ensure the apartment is ready and organized for the next guests. 15-minute tolerance. PETS: For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed inside the flat. If you want to bring a pet, please contact us in advance — exceptions may be possible upon prior consultation. CLEANING AND DAMAGE: If additional cleaning or replacement/repairs are required, fees may apply to cover costs and maintain the flat's quality standard. SMOKING: The entire apartment environment is smoke-free, but you are welcome to smoke in the yard, enjoying nature and taking care of the comfort of other guests. Incense, candles, or mosquito coils are prohibited due to the risk of fire. NOISE: To maintain the atmosphere of tranquility and peace in the HOUSE, we ask that you respect the quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. SAFETY: The Flat is raised from the ground and has a staircase; children must always be accompanied by their parents. PARKING: A car can be parked on the grounds, subject to availability. There is ample additional space available on the quiet street of the neighborhood. FREE (request in advance): Snorkel/mask, cooler, portable barbecue, 2 tennis rackets, hairdryer. Beach towels available in the room (please do not bring bath towels). EXTRA SERVICES (additional fee): Breakfast (pre-booking), laundry, daily cleaning, massages, tour scheduling, organic food delivery and bicycle rental. GROUPS AND EVENTS: It is possible to book the other units simultaneously for larger groups. Events or small celebrations must be pre-authorized.
