Urbanforest Seoul, located near Bong-cheon station (Line No.2), newly constructed and ready to give comfortable stay. This is a new single-family home, Urbanforest, 10 minutes on foot from Bongcheon Station on Seoul Line 2. Urbanforest is designed for short-term rental by Korean government's law. Other things to note Electricity fee : Only summer season (June~September) KRW 50,000 per month will be charged due to air conditioner use. (KRW 15,000 per 7 days) It is very cheap electricity because of solar system. Natural gas fee : Hot water and boiler use natural gas. Based on meter, gas fee will be charged and every guests are able to monitor meter. (Currently, Nat gas fee is around KRW 1,000 per 1.0 m3(cubic meter) @2024 season) Garbage: Strict government regulations require all garbage to be separated into plastics, metals, paper, vinyl, regular and soft foods. Use the terrace for trash recycling and short-term storage. However, all trash should be discharged to the wall of the parking lot and collected. For soft food waste, it should be discharged using a dedicated bag, or it should be dried using a food waste disposal machine and then discharged as general waste. If there is a problem with the food disposal machine, a dedicated bag will be provided and it should be discharged to the wall of the parking lot like any other garbage. Hard food(bones, seeds and all the animals cannot eat) waste is general waste. Remember that Korean trash regulations are quite strict.
