Between traditional materials and modernity, this place will allow you to feel good and enjoy a well-equipped accommodation. The BARN makes it possible to welcome children from an early age. Dogs are also welcome for an additional charge of €10. The space On the ground floor there is: - a large entrance leading to a staircase to the second floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom - a bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed opening onto a large bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. - A second smaller bathroom with toilet and shower off the entrance. Upstairs is: a large living room of approximately 65 m² in which there is: - A kitchen area - A dining area - A sitting area with TV The house opens onto a gravel and enclosed courtyard allowing you to enjoy the outdoors during the beautiful seasons. The rehabilitation of this building is very recent and carried out with quality materials, wooden floors, stones, exposed framing and beams, etc. The entire property is rented fully equipped, bed sheets and towels are provided and put in place upon arrival of the tenants. A real baby crib is available, as well as a high chair and changing table. The accommodation benefits from Wi-Fi access, a TV with access to Orange and Netflix services and a PS4 video game console. The large bathroom is equipped with a washing machine available to tenants. Although overlooking a street, the view from the house is very nice, overlooking a private landscaped pond. There is no house opposite. The property measures 130 m² and sleeps 4–6 people (1 double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed upstairs) + a baby.
