Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 3 min walk to the Q train, 30-40 mins to Manhattan. 5 min walk to Cortelyou with bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. 15 min walk to Prospect Park and Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. This is our primary residence and we live on premises all year round. Our presence on the property enables us to prioritizing our guests' comfort, answering any questions, and providing recommendations to local restaurants and amenities. The space The bedroom loft space includes a queen bed. The living room offers a tv, large sofa, foosball, darts, table tennis, and a pool table. Your full bathroom includes a large walk-in shower. Access to our common areas; back yard and laundry as needed. Guest access Access via locked back gate. Other things to note Please note the sofa is not suitable for sleeping.
