Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, and a 43" smart tv. The spacious living room offers a 65" smart tv, a DVD collection, and a PS3 with games. There is a record room, which has a turntable, and hundreds of records for you to enjoy, on site. Also includes access to the backyard where you can relax before or after your daily outings! The space This is a great space in central Brooklyn with a welcoming living room with a 65" tv, the record room that you can spend time listening to the hundreds of records in my collection, or just connect to the Bluetooth speakers and listen to your own playlist. The fully equipped kitchen leaves you wanting for nothing. Stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder.... everything you need to make your stay feel more like home. The dining area seats up to 8 with the expandable dining table and 8 available chairs. With ac/heating units in the bedrooms and record/living room, you control for your own comfort. Guest access The entirety of the apartment is yours to relax, and have fun in. Private backyard use can be requested, if available. During your stay The way the space is set up, your private area is for you to use alone. I will not access it. I am 100% available by text, call, or through airbnb messaging. Typically check in is contactless, but I'm always happy to meet you in person, if you prefer. Other things to note This is the first floor apartment of a 2 family home. People live upstairs and you may hear them walking around from time to time, but nothing out of the ordinary or too late into the night.
