The property is located in a 7 hectare parked property, just 2 km from the historic village of Capilla del Señor and in the middle of a undulating landscape with open views of plantings and horse pastures. Ideal for couples or families looking for a place to rest, away from stress and close to Buenos Aires. The property has a stream where you can see otters, ducks, turtles, etc., and it is possible to fish small fish, enjoying a wild, natural and relaxed place. The space The main house is a new and cozy construction, with a decoration that blends the old with the modern. In a park of 7 hectares with various types of trees, you can see hares, owls, jaws, teros, black heads, jilgueros, parrots, among other various species. The house consists of 3 en-suite rooms, two of them with a double bed and the third with two single beds plus a bunk bed. An additional en-suite room with a double bed is occasionally available if required in advance. Crib available if requested with advance notice. The kitchen is fully equipped. Desk- secluded library for reading or using a desktop computer. The dining room is very spacious and comfortable (23x5). WIFI and Direct TV service. All rooms have wood-burning (salamandras) and cold/heat air conditioning. On the outside of the house, in the back, there is a large plant-roofed gallery, composed among other species of wisteria and jasmine. It is an ideal space to kill and chat on hot afternoons. 4 x 10 m pool covered in Venetians.
